Job minimum requirements:
- Must have experience in tendering for major civil projects
- Must have experience working in the Qatari construction sector
- Must have experience in procurement-related matters and be able to gather rates for suppliers and subcontractors for the purposes of forming tenders
- Must be able to take measurements from drawings and build out BOQs as required
- Must be able to set out work plans for the technical/site team based on the prices/tenders submitted
