Concrete Coring and Cutting

Coring from diameters 12mm up to 600mm, for larger opening sizes there is a variety of cutting options available. We have a large range of cutting machines that are capable of cutting concrete sections of any size or shape.

Our range of high-end cutting machines combined with experienced and expert operators leads to an unrivalled capability to cut and core concrete in mass quantities in short time periods no matter what the deadline is.

Controlled Demolition

Controlled demolition of concrete structures from start to finish. Using a variety of technics, we can safely demolish any structure by providing temporary support and cutting it into sections. Our team of experienced personnel can oversee the entire process.

Dismantling

Careful dismantling of structures so the building or its parts may be reused again. We can safely take apart a structured piece by piece, transport it and re-erect it if required.

Concrete Scanning Work

Our machines can be used to check coring and opening positions for the presents of rebars, ducts, PT cables, and services. We can scan up to a depth of 800mm and can provide reports for consultant/client review.

Chemical/Mechanical Anchoring and Rebar Planting

We can supply and install a wide range of chemical and mechanical fixings/ anchors along with design calculations and pull-out testing as required.

Concrete Repair

Concrete repair, our teams carefully remove the damaged concrete and repair the damaged area by assessing which repair product will provide the best long-term outcome. Our team can advise on the level of repair required and provide a comprehensive technical solution.

General Repair Work

Crack Injection

The most economical method of repairing non-moving cracks in concrete walls, slabs, and columns can restore the concrete to its pre-cracked strength. By using a fluid resin that is forced into a crack, or spalls in a concrete structure the integrity of your building can be maintained.

Epoxy Coatings

We supply and apply new epoxy systems in a variety of areas including car parks, service areas and ramps etc. JMCI can help to refurbish/repair your existing epoxy systems.

Concrete Grinding, Scarifying and Surface Preparation

Grinding and scarifying machines are used to level and smoothen concrete surfaces to prepare the surface as required for the final finish. Our machines are equipped with dust vacuums so they can be used in areas that are already finished.

Exposed Aggregate, Microcement, and Decorative Finishes

We provide a range of specialist concrete finishes to help our clients achieve the desired final look.

Exposed aggregate finishes-By applying special chemicals during the casting process we can use water jets to expose the aggregate in the concrete to give the concrete a natural finish.

Micro cement finishes and decorative finishes- They can be applied over existing wall and floor finishes to give a uniform seamless industrial finish. The texture and colour are fully customisable.
