• Must have experience in tendering for major civil projects

• Researching the type of work, we do and having an understanding of it before a potential interview is an advantage

• Plan the daily, weekly and monthly site-related activities
• Manage a team of foremen, supervisors and engineers on a daily basis
• Ensure project cost and progress reports are submitted by your team for management review as required
• Ensure that materials requests are placed in a timely manner
• Ensure that manpower assigned to each job is working productively at all times
• Coordinate with the HSE team to ensure safety compliance at all times
• Ensure that all company resources are being used productively at all times

• Must be fluent in Arabic and English ( should be able to read, write and speak both)
• Must have the relevant legal qualifications and experience
• Must of have a full understanding of how to use the Mahakem system
• Must have full understanding of the Qatari legal system including being able to write up legal notices, take cases on behalf of the company and drawing up POA agreements etc
• Must be ready for an immediate start
